Description of the Line for Malting Barley Cleaning
Intake and Cleaning:
The JCM VibroMAX Cleaner with aspiration is used for the initial cleaning of barley, removal of large impurities and abrasion. Subsequent aspiration removes light impurities.
Sorting and Packaging:
Two JCM VibroMAX Cleaners arranged in parallel sort barley by size to meet the standard for clean malting barley. It is packed in bags or into large-volume big bags before further processing.
