Description of the Line for Dehulling – oat, spelt, peas (legumes)

Intake and Cleaning:

Prior to the peeling process, good cleaning of the peeled material is very important. Sieve cleaning is provided by the JCM VibroMAX Cleaner. The removal of stones is solved by the JGD Destoner.

Peeling:
After cleaning, the grain proceeds to the peeling machine. The type and setting of the peeling machine is based on the commodities intended for peeling.

Sorting:
Hulled grains or kernels must be separated from husks and unshelled grains. These can be peeled again the next time they pass through the peeling machine. The JCC VibroCompact Cleaner separates unshelled grains on the upper sieve and husks and pulp on the lower sieve.

Final Cleaning and Packaging:
The JGT Gravity Table is used for final cleaning, where the rest of the husks, crumbs and unpeelled grains are separated. The finished seed is usually bagged.
