Description of the Line for Sunglower Dehulling (bakery standard)
Intake and Cleaning:
Sunflower is cleaned from larger and smaller impurities on JCM VibroMAX Cleaner with an aspiration pre-cleaner. After cleaning, the sunflower is sorted. The JCM VibroMAX machine gains a dimensional spectrum of seeds suitable for dehulling. This is followed by destoning on a JGD Destoner.
Dehulling:
Before the dehulling itself, a Indented Cylinders JCT is included to remove long impurities. The dehulling process is provided by a JHI Impact Dehuller. The JAB aspiration box ensures the basic separation of the skins with an air flow.
Cleaning after Dehulling and Packaging:
After the dehulling process, the sunflower is cleaned on a JCM VibroMAX Cleaner. The husks are removed on a JGC Gravity Concentrator. Other cleaning machines that allow the removal of crushed material, husk and unpeeled grains are the JCR Air-sieve Classifier and the JGT Gravity Table. The latest machine in the technology is an optical sorter, which performs final cleaning to final purity. Packaging usually takes place in bags or large-volume big bags.
