Description of the Small Line for Spelt Dehulling
Cleaning and Peeling:
Prior to the peeling process, good cleaning of the peeled material is very important. Sieve cleaning is provided by the JCC VibroCompact Cleaner. After cleaning, the grain proceeds to the JHC Compact Dehullers, where the husk is separated from the grain. Hulled grain continues to the JCC VibroCompact Cleaner, which separates the unshelled grains on the upper sieve and the husks and pulp on the lower sieve. Other husks are separated by an aspiration that is part of the machine.
