The line processes oil sunflower, from which oil is then pressed.

Description of the Line for Sunflower Dehulling (oil pressing)
Intake and Cleaning:
Sunflower is cleaned from larger and smaller impurities on JCM VibroMAX Cleaner with an aspiration pre-cleaner. After cleaning, the sunflower is sorted. The JCM VibroMAX machine gains a dimensional spectrum of seeds suitable for dehulling. This is followed by destoning on a JGD Destoner.
Peeling:
The peeling process is provided by a JHI Impact Dehuller. The JAB aspiration box ensures the basic separation of the skins with an air flow.
Cleaning after Dehulling and Packaging:
After the dehulling process, the sunflower is cleaned on a JCM VibroMAX Cleaner. The husks are removed on a JGC Gravity Concentrator. The sunflower prepared in this way is already suitable for pressing oil.
