Description of the Post-Harvest Line
Intake and Cleaning:
The JCM VibroMAX Cleaner is used for pre-cleaning or direct cleaning of commodities. It is suitable for lines with a requirement for higher performance. Large and small impurities and fine grain are separated by sieves and aspiration pre-cleaning or cleaning.
Drying:
The technological hopper ensures continuous intake of the raw material to the dryer, where the humidity of the commodity is reduced to the required value. This can then be stored for a long time.
Storage and Shipping:
The dried commodity is stored in silos or it is loaded directly to a truck. Steel cylindrical silos are most often used for storage, either with a flat bottom or with a conical hopper.
