Description of the Line for Calibration of Maize Seed
Intake and Cleaning:
Cleaning from larger to smaller admixtures is provided by the JCM VibroMAX Cleaner with an aspiration pre-cleaner.
Calibration:
The JCM VibroMAX Cleaner calibrates the grains according to size. The grains are divided into three fractions – small, medium and large. The small and medium fractions are further sorted according to grain thickness into three fractions on a JCC VibroCompact Cleaner. Each obtained fraction is packed in bags.
