Description / Basic description of the line

Post-harvest Line in the Choustník Agricultural and Trade Cooperative in the Tábor region is used for intake, cleaning and drying agricultural commodities. For receiving is used receiving pit, from which the commodity is transported to the elevator. This further transports grains to sieve cleaner PVT 1020 (JCM 10122.C1P0A2) which is located on type platform. The cleaned material travels directly to one of the four storage silos. However, if it is damp and needs to be further dried, it will be stored in one of the six handling bins. Drying is provided by a continuous spreading dryer NECO D1690 for propane-butane. The speed of grain through dryer is regulated automatically by the control system. Dried grain is transported by a screw conveyor back to the hall. The cleaned and dried material is stored in large-capacity silos and in expedition underpasses silos for direct dispatch. The material is transported to them directly from the Cleaner or from the storage silos.
