9th of November soybeans dehulling test on Mr. Heller’s (Germany) technology has been performed in order to get rid of soybeans husks as much as possible.
The resulting dehulled soybeans are intended for grinding and subsequent production of soy milk. The final cleaned product was compared with a product from competing technology. Unpeeled soybeans were separated from both samples on the Optical Sorter. The result is evident from the photos.
