JK Machinery is a traditional Czech company from Tábor, operating on the market for over thirty years. Its main product focus is the development, production, and servicing of machines for the comprehensive processing of agricultural crops and organic crops, particularly for cleaning, sorting, and dehulling. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in demand for the supply of complete technological units and turnkey production lines.
The most important aspect of maintaining JK Machinery’s competitiveness is innovation. Last year, our company introduced its brand-new flagship product, the modular cleaner and sorter for dry granular materials, VibroMAX JCM 16224, with a capacity of 200 t/h for pre-cleaning, 100 t/h for industrial cleaning, and 50 t/h for precise food-grade cleaning (capacity data applies to wheat cleaning with a bulk density of 750 kg/m³, maximum moisture content of 16%, and the use of wire mesh sieves). The principle of sorting and cleaning is based on size separation using sieves and air aspiration, which utilizes differences in the specific weight of particles. This year, we are bringing new products to the market, such as the JCT 930 Indented Cylinder and the JGS 12 Gravity Table.
A completely new addition to our product portfolio for 2025 will be the gravity selector. The JGS 12 selector has been designed for the efficient sorting and separation of materials based on differences in specific weight. This machine allows for the cleaning of grains such as wheat, rye, barley, and rice. It can also be used for cleaning nuts, oilseeds, and legumes. The machine combines the functions of a gravity separator and a de-stoner.
In recent years, the complete implementation of turnkey production lines has become increasingly important in our company. We are grateful to have very capable colleagues on our team who can successfully manage entire projects from A to Z.
Last year, our company successfully implemented many technological lines across Europe. Noteworthy projects include a cleaning and dehulling line in Aberdeen, UK (malting barley, 2x VibroMAX JCM 10413), and a hemp processing line in North. On the beautiful German side of the Ore Mountains in Sonnenwind, we designed a multifunctional line for oats, spelt, and hemp. In Serbia, we implemented a line primarily intended for buckwheat, but the client also uses it to clean rice and calibrate beans. An amazing and interesting project was the line installed for Mr. Chomanič in Kolonica, Slovakia, consisting of a VibroCompact cleaner, a JHD disc dehuller, and a JGD de-stoner.
