The line was delivered as a technological set, starting with intake of oats, its cleaning and storage, through peeling, production of flakes itself to packaging. A covered outdoor receiving pit is used for intake of oats. Subsequently, the oats are cleaned and destonered. Plows and surface layers of grain are removed from pre-cleaned oats by peeling. Furthermore, the oats are finally cleaned and the unpeeled grains are sorted out. Prior flaking mill, oats are steamed and after it is mature, squeezing on mill follows. Pressed flakes are dried in a vibrofluid dryer. Before packaging, the flakes are sorted, dust and broken flakes are removed. The finished flakes are stored in big bags or sacks and shipped for further processing.
It is possible to process flakes from other cereals and legumes on the line.
